At Offside, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy outlined below:
Returns:
1. Eligibility: You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@offsideco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Refunds:
1. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
